The operator of the restaurant Monkey Business Pizza & More (hereinafter also referred to as the "Local" or "Restaurant") is Agencja Promocji Miast i Regionów Sp. z o. o. NIP no. 676-241-12-59 6762411259 with its registered office in Krakow, 30-540, ul. Porucznika Antoniego Stawarza 2/2 . - hereinafter referred to as the "Operator".

The operator of online orders and reservations made via the website www.monkeybusiness.pl is Wix.com LTD
Yunitsman 5 Tel Aviv, Israel, VAT ID: EU442008451 - hereinafter referred to as the "Internet Service Provider".

The operator of courier services, i.e. deliveries of ordered food and drinks, is Stuart Polska Sp. z o. o., street Inflancka 4, Warszawa 00-189, Poland, NIP / VAT Reg. No.: 5252854750 - hereinafter referred to as the "Courier Company"

The operator of financial payment transactions is  SumUp Ltd, Block 8, Harcourt Centre, Charlotte Way, Dublin D02 K580, Ireland, NIP: IE9813461A -or PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l.et Cie, S.C.A. (R.C.S. Luxembourg B 118 349) zarejestrowanym użytkownikom w Europejskim Obszarze Gospodarczym - hereinafter referred to as the "Payment Processor".

Whenever the Regulations refer to a Restaurant or Premises, it means the "MONKEY BUSINESS Pizza &" restaurant. More" in Krakow at ul. Kazimierza Brodzińskiego 3. 

Whenever the Regulations refer to a Guest or Customer of a Restaurant or Venue, it is understood as a person expressing the willingness to use the services provided by the MONKEY BUSINESS Pizza & Restaurant. More" in Krakow at ul. Kazimierza Brodzińskiego 3. 

Persons wishing to use the services of the Restaurant are obliged to comply with the rules set out in these Regulations. 


People using the restaurant's offer may stay in the restaurant, both inside the premises and in its catering garden. The stationary offer of the restaurant, i.e. on-site consumption of dishes and drinks served by the restaurant inside the premises and in its catering garden, can be used by both adults and minors, families with children and people with pets, on the terms set out below in the regulations.  

Consuming your own food and drinks is prohibited within the restaurant. 

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the premises. 

Smoking is allowed in the restaurant's garden only in places and at tables with ashtrays, with the exception of tables with a total smoking ban. 

Pursuant to the Act of October 26, 1982 on upbringing in sobriety and counteracting alcoholism, restaurant staff may refuse to sell alcohol to a person whose behavior indicates intoxication. Staff may also ask Guests to provide proof of age if there are any doubts as to the Guest's age. 

Children are most welcome, but they are obliged to sit at the tables, walking between tables, playing on the restaurant floor and children behaving loudly is prohibited. 

Guests with pets are obliged to keep their pets with them, without access to the table top. It is forbidden to let animals roam around the restaurant, make loud noises or pollute the premises by animals. Any contamination such as feces, urine, paw dirt left by animals on chairs or sofas must be removed immediately by the guests who are their guardians. 


Inside the premises, guests can only use tables indicated by the restaurant staff. 

It is strictly forbidden to arbitrarily occupy tables, especially those covered by a reservation, or move or combine them without the consent of the restaurant staff. 

The staff has the right to refuse to serve people who have taken seats at the tables arbitrarily, and to ask them to leave the premises. 

People wishing to wait for a free table are asked to wait outside the premises. 

Persons occupying an assigned table who wish to change it are obliged to arrange a change of table with the restaurant staff. 


Waiter service is required inside the premises regardless of the season. Guests wishing to order directly at the bar may be asked to wait at their table while restaurant staff take their order. 

In the catering garden, waiter service at tables depends on the season. In the case of autumn and winter or during bad weather conditions, table service may be excluded from waiter service, which may be informed by the restaurant staff and/or appropriate information on the tables. 

The lounger area, regardless of the season and weather conditions, is always excluded from waiter service. 

Self-service orders can be placed at the bar and paid in advance. The staff will inform you when the order is ready for collection or will deliver it to the guests themselves. 

Customers wishing to place a takeaway order are asked to order dishes online via the website www.monkeybusiness.pl, selecting the "personal collection" option, and in the case of a personal visit to the premises, please place orders at the restaurant bar. 

Days covered by the "takeaway" promotion cannot be eaten within the restaurant or its catering garden. 

Due to the current crisis situation and emerging cases of fraud, the premises staff may also ask guests in waiter service areas to pay in advance. 


The restaurant is a place not only for consumption, but also for meetings, where the restaurant staff makes every effort to ensure that everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation or nationality, feels properly served. Taking into account the well-being of all restaurant guests, in the event of behavior of other guests that glaringly differs from applicable social norms, as well as behavior that violates the rules set out in these regulations, the restaurant staff has the right to ask such people to leave the premises. In extreme cases, the staff has the right to call the security service or the city guard or the police. 

Regulations for orders placed via the website www.monkeybusiness.pl

The restaurant operator is responsible for reliable and timely implementation.orders placed by the customers of the premises via the website www.monkeybusiness.pl, ensuring that the dishes within the production capabilities of the premises will be delivered as quickly as possible within the time specified in the order and delivered to the Courier Company in the highest quality.

The restaurant operator is not responsible for delays or unreliable deliveries provided by the Courier Company. Customers of the premises should report any claims or complaints related to incorrect delivery directly to the Courier Company.

The restaurant operator is not responsible for IT errors resulting from the fault of the Internet Service Provider, such as failure to receive an order, inability to place an order, etc.

The restaurant operator is not responsible for the inability to make payments using the IT solutions implemented by the Payment Processor. In the event of incorrect payments, e.g. duplicate or unrealized orders for reasons beyond the control of the Restaurant Operator, the Restaurant Operator undertakes to refund the fee for unrealized services to the Customer of the Restaurant.

Nevertheless, the Restaurant Operator ensures that it makes every effort to ensure that external entities participating in the process of placing online orders, paying for them online and delivering them provide their services at the highest level.
