Imagine an early morning in Vieste, on the Italian coast of Puglia.
Mist hangs over the olive groves, and the sweet scent of ripening fruit hangs in the air. Among the trees, a family has been working the same way for generations – hand-picking Ogliarola Garganica olives, carefully selecting only the perfect ones to be sent to the press the same day.Italian tradition makes it clear: the best olive oil stays at home. It ends up on the family table, a pride of the household, a staple of everyday meals. What's exported is often blended, diluted, and "improved" to create more of it. Flavor and aroma become blurred by market compromises.
We do not accept this compromise.
Thanks to our friendship with the owners of the Azienda Agricola farm, we receive olive oil just like the Italians themselves drink – undiluted, 100% pure, cold-pressed, first pressing, and immediately bottled on site.
